| This year
Janet and I decided to only breed one mare. It's been a busy winter
season and we're still in the process of making repairs and upgrades
to our new facility and the 2008 show season is upon us. There's
lots of training and refresher training in the coming weeks and we
felt it better to only breed one this year. We're still excited
about the one new birth and can't wait to see what Dottie will
produce for us.
Dottie is due to foal around the end of
April. The camera is installed and we're all quite excited at
the new prospect. Once the foal is born, we'll post pictures of the
blessed event. Here's a picture one of our boarders snapped of
Dottie out in her pasture on a recent Spring day.

Dottie
decided to grace us with a little filly sometime during the night
(4/23/08). We've estimated she gave birth sometime between 4-6AM.
Both Dottie and the baby are doing excellent.
Here are a couple of pics that were taken this morning. More photos
will follow. Stay tuned............

June Barn News
We finally got the
outdoor arena and the indoor arena renovated and they are both
looking wonderful now, not
to mention great to work in with the horses. We spent long hours
and long days, but it sure
was worth it in the end. We managed to get the entire barn
cleaned inside. We also
managed to get some old fencing down in some areas and
some new fencing up in
other areas. It's been a very productive and rewarding month
and we can't be more
pleased to have accomplished so much in such a short time frame.
On June 29, 2008, Janet and
I hosted a PNHA,
Inc. one day Level-1 clinic
with
Gina Torrell,
a 3-Star Certified Parelli Instructor. Here are a few
photos
taken with us working
Fannie and Misty. We had a great time working
with Gina, as did all of
the other 8 attendees and their horses.
